Community Leadership Roundtable (CLR) connects Primes to stakeholders in local communities. The CLR provides a bridge to local businesses, community leaders, and organizations. The CLR’s mission is to have open discussions on how to impact local communities by providing educational workshops, Pre-Apprenticeship programs, High School Recruitment programs, as well as programs for returning veterans and ex-offenders. 

 

The EEO Compliance Academy was developed by highly experienced EEO Specialists with in-depth understanding of how to manage EEO requirements and minimize the risks that many Prime Contractors face every day.  

 

The training classes will provide companies with the tools needed to comply with federal guidelines, and will consist of online webinars with experts from across the country to provide personal training.

 

In addition to being critical to effective Compliance practices to meet Federal and State regulations, good EEO strategies can help an organization be more competitive, with documentation on familiarity with apprenticeship programs, building capacity, community outreach, high school career training, and documented compliance performance for greater success on more bids.  Success with Project Labor Agreements and bargaining agreements are looked at when evaluating a bid response, and could determine the outcome of a bid award.
