CMP DBE/EEO Compliance Professionals Recruitment Program (CPR Program)

​

CMP’s CPR Program was designed to offer a significant opportunity for former DBE and EEO    

Compliance Managers. CMP realizes that the men and women who have overseen these

programs have valuable knowledge that is needed more than ever in this thriving market with

tens of billions of dollars of Federally funded projects.

​

The CPR Program falls under Compliance Management Partners Nationwide Training

and Compliance Support Program. The mission is to provide retired compliance managers

with the tools and resources to support DBE programs and provide training and project support

to projects with federal or state funds.

​

The CPR Program allows compliance experts to work on their own schedule, assist in directing

programs to fit their market and make a percentage of the revenues. The program will act as a

co-op that allows all the participants to share in a percentage of profits from training and services

throughout the country.

​

The CPR Program will provide the following services and training courses:

 

• DBE Commercially Useful Function (CUF) Training (4-part series)

• DBE Audit Readiness Training

• EEO OFCCP Field Training

• Business Ethics Training

• Effective Good Faith Effort (GFE) Training

• Field Audit Reviews DBE/EEO 

• Onsite Compliance Consultants

• DBE Project Management

CMP will develop the core curriculum, and provide you with materials you can use in your local market trainings.  We offer processes, templates and presentations to make it easy for you to use your own expertise, and familiarity with your market, in delivering standardized, valuable compliance information.
